It’s a job and expectations are manageable

Very poor senior leadership across the firm

Health insurance, have money to splash on certain people

Rampant misogyny, an aggressive culture of yelling and putting others down. They tried to do a culture anudit and majority of the employees openly mocked the process and refused to be involved. The pay gaps between employees is ridiculous, some people making significantly more than others (apparent in difference between the different genders). Listened to male colleagues talk about their sexual conquests in the office, talk about how fat the clients they were meeting the next day were- and openly mocked them. Heard male staff talk about how hot a 16yr old girl was. And when it was brought to managements attention, they created a space for the women to then talk about how THEY can better handle the misogyny, not discussing it with the men. Awful culture. Do not care about employee welfare whatsoever.
