      Okay if you are just getting your foot into the work world. Reviews are fair and you are normally given credit when it is due.

      Cons

      Monotonous work for little pay. Literally dolng the same exact thing every single day. Not much room for advancement. May have to wait years to move up.

      Pros

      Flexibility with my schedule to be able to take and pick up my kids from school. Great team to work with at my location. Ability to train and do jobs outside of my regular task to get hands on experience in other areas.

      Department was restructured and my position was relocated.

      Job can be fun depending on if you're a natural performer. You gather valuable experience interviewing others.

      Terrible pay and culture. They will likely not pay you commission for anything you sell so do not take that on. Focus on your primary job.
