      The people are great to work with.

      Cons

      Lack of promotions and communication. Management staff doesn't have the experience to really manage a staff. Too much micromanagement and lack of trust with their employees.

      Pros

      Work-life balance is nice. Fellow colleagues are friendly and helpful. Work environment is healthy in almost all aspects.

      Cons

      The pay is a bit lower than tech companies. But as long as you don't crave for pay that much, it's a decent job to stay in.

      Great work life balance Truly unlimited PTO Friendly coworkers who are willing to help you learn the software and proprietary tools My manager is very hands-on -- management is mostly past engineers so they are also very qualified
