Pros
There aren’t too many. Happy to be gone! There are some great people that work there.. many looking for new opportunities.
Cons
Lack of communication. Disorganized management. Spend all day on CYA initiatives instead of focusing on customer acquisition and customer service. No one knows WTH is going on. Latest leadership group doesn’t seem to grasp the “ leadership “ aspect of their role.
