We're glad you thought you had a good working environment and great colleagues to work with - that's really important to us in terms of setting the right culture for the firm. Likewise we're disappointed to hear that you felt the HR department wasn't as supportive as they could have been, they do try to deal with any issue to the best of their ability, if you could have shared this with them at the time, we are sure they'd have tried to help. In regards to your pay, we do pay above the living wage for all roles, benchmark salaries regularly and feel we are competitive - but when there requires an adjustment we do look to make this where possible.
