Pros
My manager who no longer works there was probably the only person i can say that was supportive during my time there
Cons
Buckle up this may be a long one. First off it is very "cliquey" The pay is absolutely abysmal I was a team leader and was advised my bonus of £150 a month would stay the same - then 1 month i noticed that my wage was low so checked my wage slip and found bonus had not been paid. I called the department head to find out what was going on and was told "oh sorry yeah i was supposed to let you know your bonus is now £150 a quarter and based off team performance" i received no notice regarding this and just was expected to accept it. Then redundancies were made, people were getting interviews before redundancy date however were finding there was a lot of red tape to pass through to get the time off - there was no support. I decided during this time to search for another job as i did not feel there was any further job security. I was offered a job and provided a start date - now for a bit of extra info here 2 other people in the same position as me had handed in there notice and were able to negotiate an early finish from there notice period - i however was not and was made to work right up to my final day - which has resulted in a loss of earnings as there are 2 months i would have been getting a much better wage - and also has meant my probation is ongoing when i should be past it by now.
