After careful research and hesitation of joining the industry. I felt that Simpson Financial Group's intense training program was the best way for me to be a success. The interview process was much more selective than other insurance companies I applied with but after completing the training, it became clear that they are only looking for the best. They always told me the positives and the negatives of the career. They also stressed the importance of a great personal and professional life balance.

The training program is very intense, with an overwhelming amount of knowledge. Everyday you question if your brain can absorb anymore information.

no pros at all with this company unless you like to scam people

I was there for 4 weeks and all they do is scam people trying to get on masshealth. they do not tell them masshealth is free or that the price is subsidized due to income levels. they then sell other insurance on top of it and claim its the masshealth. not my cup of tea! i want to help not hurt.
