1) Very strong team bond & teamwork. Other Sales Executives help each other hit targets, which is something that is quite rare to see. 2) Personal Mentoring is an SOP here. Team leads have to design coaching plans which the team member can work on to grow in their careers 3) Fair appraisals. 4) Opportunity to improve your processes and share ideas that become part of SOPs. 5) One-time project management & executions are given to every team member. 6) Fun work environment with team dinners, cricket tournaments & offsites celebrating target achievements, new team members joining & achieving yearly goals.
Cons
1) A highly motivated culture with lots of responsibility for each team member. Might not be the place for those seeking a very relaxed environment with an average work ethic.
