Pros

-The corporate office and location is nice and there are many smart people who work at the company. -leaders who are capable. -nice coworkers (This added an extra star to my review) -locations in multiple states Its a good place for a first time job. Good for people who are happy doing the same thing everyday.

Cons

You pay for all of your benefits. This will never be the place someone can grow.Even if you get to a point where you are happy with your salary, which takes many years of "proving yourself"(code for when you gain favor with the owners),you will do the same things for the rest of your career. There is no structured raises and promotions for any position. It is a revolving door for corporate as well as retail employees. The leaders are all great salesmen who sell empty opportunity and promise. Most employees at the company eventually complain about their pay because they were low balled to begin with, or they never get the raise they are promised. There are stories of employees not getting paid commissions that they have earned.Even though it is not something I experienced it is still scary for employees to hear. Eventually you realize you have to be in with the owners and higher management to get anywhere in the company. You have them at the top, with assistants that they highly value being well taken care of.The next level are the managers who are trying to suck up to the higher C levels, so that they can eventually have a place with them.Everyone else falls beneath them. The only way to move up is if you prove that you are willing to suck up to gain favor. You eventually forget about the goals you are working for and end up having to worry about office politics. The structure they have is repeatable since they just replace the old unhappy employees with brand new ones that they can make the same empty promises to. They are good enough salesman to play off any negative feedback. The straight faces they can keep while justifying why you don't deserve something you worked your butt off for is almost impressive.
