We have experienced a difficult few months due to capacity however, the same can be said for every Conveyancing Company in the Country. Whilst, lawyers have carried extra files during this period, we have been rewarded incredibly well for doing so including a Higher Case Supplement for every file carried over your capacity level, overtime for title checking and generous bonuses, There has been a lot of change at Exec level but the new CEO, Alan has been honest and transparent from day one despite having difficult strategic decisions to make for the success of the Company moving forward.
