Pros
Having worked in various companies Globally, SB has been one of the standout places I have worked. My onboarding experience was curated to give me the best exp possible on joining with our induction schedule (Thrive in 5), which gave insights on what SB do, how they operate and internal areas of the business to go to for resource. Outside of that, the leadership has been amazing and supportive as I personally developed and evolved into the business, coming from a background most recently working in large corporates. The collaborative and engagement from colleagues in and around the People team has been impressive as you can often find yourself 'lost' working from home. There is a real sense of genuine interest in the wellbeing of colleagues as well as customers with resources available at the click of a mouse.
