7yThank you so much for being an Expert and for providing your review. It is our goal to provide fair and consistent income for our Experts, so your feedback is helpful in ensuring we meet that goal.
We want to ensure that SimplrFlex customers are receiving the best customer service possible, so we do require that our Experts maintain reasonable customer satisfaction scores to remain on our platform. That said, customer satisfaction is not the only criteria used to evaluate Experts and their performance. We utilize a variety of other factors including, but not limited to, ticket type, business policies, and peer reviews.
Additionally, our Expert Success team works closely with Experts to provide them insight into this process and suggestions on ways to provide better service.
Lastly, I do want to clarify that no member of our team will ever use derogatory or offensive language (including curse words) when working with our Experts, no exceptions. Of course, when dealing with the general public and providing customer service, Experts may rarely receive tickets that include such language. In these cases, we recommend that the Expert use their judgment and escalate the ticket if they feel uncomfortable.
