Pros

The chill atmosphere seems enticing. Mind you, it's just a facade (exactly like the smile on the CEO's face). Nice chairs.

Cons

What's not a con? Hmm. Well if life's been very unfair to you and you'd love it to continue the same way, Simplotel should be your go to company. Everything seems rigged- appreciation, friendlyness, the smile on the management's face. The management is absolutely flawed. Incompetent people are sitting at higher positions, ready to exploit whoever they can. You give your blood and sweat and they just play cheap office politics with you. Manager acts like the Britishers- playing the "divide and rule" game, deliberately pitching team members against each other and gaining benefit from it. FYI, people do have brains! Hope you get it soon. Managers have their claws dug into through to the top. CEO turns a blind eye to the employees and just focusses on what's being fed to him. On top of that, after singing the entire time on how to give feedback and what not, you find the CEO constantly shouting at employees. Irony much? Obviously! In a way, there's nothing called employee friendly environment here. Just to make it seem like so, they are posting friday fundaes on social media and making videos with employees giving good reviews. Sounds like a political party, no?? P.S. if you're getting calls from the company and realising that they're hiring in bulk...think.. This means that a lot of us have left or are thinking of leaving. P.P.S. Simplotel hires 24*7, 365 days a year. In short nobody wants to stay here. Only two faced people can make it through. So, if you're one.. welcome aboard!

Pros

This company offers you the rare opportunity to be shouted at for things you didn’t know existed and then be demanded to deliver them yesterday.

Cons

No cons, because how can gods—oh sorry, I meant the upper management—ever be imperfect? It’s blasphemy to even think so! Questioning their brilliance or decision-making would be akin to heresy. The CEO, with his holy screaming and divine tantrums, is clearly infallible. If things go wrong, it’s obviously your mortal incompetence and not their celestial plans. And the benefits? Well, you’re rewarded with a cup of pathetic coffee that tastes like it was brewed from the tears of overworked employees. But hey, who needs actual perks when you have front-row seats to this never-ending clown show Also, The fake glowing reviews are almost too believable—because the saddest part is imagining the poor souls forced to write them. You can practically feel the desperation and fear of retaliation behind every overly enthusiastic word
