Pros
Last couple of month were full of action. We hired new CEO and India GM. At our company, we are now seeing open communication. People are approachable. Processes are more clear now. I am very happy to see app.lirik page. Now we have claim system where I can keep track of my claims. All links are at one place. Skip level meeting also is good medium to express. Company has employee friendly environment. But we should not cut down these because of misuse by some people. Our management is communicating the progress about the work. it is good change but we need to see result.
Cons
Appraisal process was good. there is different percentage for different point. But our managers did not use that. They did not put comments. Company needs to ask managers also to follow right process.
