Pros
They consistently hire good employees, who are great to work with until they get frustrated with not being allowed to do real work by management and quit. The pay is competitive for the requisite experience and job title, just don't expect to be working on high-level projects or gain much useful experience.
Cons
The CEO and COO (son/mother respectively) are constantly condescending and treat everyone as though they're incompetent interns, keeping everything (even insignificant things like what project is up next the same week) top secret. Marketing staff relegated to giving out only canned answers on twitter and no insight into analytics. Full time engineers are put to work answering retail level customer support questions. Quality web developers have no input into the real product and are constantly having to rewrite basic things to meed managments ever changing (and poorly defined) whims.
