leadership is inhumane, insanely cheap who churn and burn through talent. they disadvantage you if you are loyal by barely giving raises, C-suite is notoriously inappropriate & rude and culturally misaligned with most of the GTM. The CEO wants to be a 1B company and refuses to hire any engineers based out of the US that would make it possible; everything is in TLV or Prague to be as cheap as possible. A raise might as well be a dollar out of the C-suite's pocket. I will be looking for a new job ASAP and so will my entire team
