Hours are flexible and employees are nice.

It tends to be a Tense work environment

- Some nice people in the office - Fairly easy work

- No real opportunity for learning. Must bill hours. - Uninteresting tech (MS Access - gross) - Low salary - The negatives other people bring up are all true. There is a toxic person, and that won't change because they own the company. If you can avoid working directly under them you can gain experience and use this job as a stepping stone. But you should be looking for new jobs the whole time. If you stay too long you might end up getting belittled.
