Pros

They pride themselves on customer service which is easy to do when they have only a limited amount of customers that they provide service(s) for.

Cons

Management and owners have made a name for themselves in the area, which is going to strongly effect the customers that they are going to inbound. Very sporadic in management styles, always going from one idea to the next. Their "prospects" understand the owners personality and the way he presents the business and as stated before, many know better than to spend their time listening to false hopes of a business - especially one as small as SimcoHR.

Pros

Opportunities to grow, great team to work with, owner cares about every employee and takes their input into consideration. Ability to work in office and remote give the flexibility most employees need these days. Supports local businesses. Great benefits.

Cons

Some of the previous reviews from a while back are just some growing pains of the company. The longer they're in business, the better of a company they're becoming and growing.

Terrible pay Owner is absolutely laughable- Fired 5 sales people in 2 weeks Claimed could not afford Arrogance is prolific throughout organization Views sales as enemy No idea how they clear a profit
