      Pros

      Can think of anything. They do have really nice and committed people working for them, but they will loose them if they don't change.

      Cons

      Owner and senior staff are completely counter productive. They have gone through 12/14 Sales & Marketing directors in less than 8 years. At what point will they stop pointing fingers at others and own up. Plus it's in Oxnard.

      Pros

      The entire sales & CS team is very supportive during the training phase. Culture is great. Employee input is highly valued across the board. I learned a lot during my time there.

      No cons at all during my time there.
