Pros
- The work environment is very welcoming and everyone is really nice and very hardworking - The founders are very passionate and actively involved as well as very being approachable - You get a ton of exposure because the company is pretty tight knit - You also get the freedom to volunteer for projects that you like - It is easy to work from home during Covid as well - Lastly, the product (Simscale.com) is revolutionary and a real game changer in the CAE world
Cons
- No real cons, the only thing is that the US branch is really small but hopefully it'll keep growing quickly
