Small family-centric environment where results are rewarded and there is a consistent customer focus. Flexible hours, flexible working location and opportunities to grow.
Cons
As with any small company you only have one job, and that is "everything". For those that want to stay in a highly specialized area, this company is not for you. Everyone here pulls together to get results, sometimes that means putting on a pot of coffee, other times it means peer reviewing a code base that is outside your area.
