Silverback Strategies will throw you to the curb the second they sense any issue, or for no issue at all. I have heard stories of people getting fired in as little as three weeks. I can't imagine how disheartening it would be to put in your two weeks notice at your old employer; become incredibly excited to start a new job, and then be shown the door less than a month later. The entire organization relies on underpaying recent undergrads, overworking them to the point of exhaustion, and then turning around and overpromising clients. The company culture was toxic, with management showing little regard for the well-being of their employees. The work environment was stressful and chaotic, with frequent last-minute changes to project scope and timelines. Deadlines were often unreasonable and unachievable, leading to a lot of stress and pressure on employees. The team was not provided with the resources or training needed to stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices. Lastly, this place lacks diversity so much they have to use obviously fake "diversity" stock photos on their careers pages. If ex-employees were free to speak their mind, instead of potentially being held to non-disparagement agreements, this place would probably have around a 2.3 average rating. My experience with the company was overall disappointing, and I do not recommend working here.
