The talent / Recruiting folks who find you gigs are generally non-responsive.
Very top heavy at corporate, they've pushed out the really good folks who built the original company.
Mgmt level folks have attitudes and generally seem disgusted/annoyed they have to check up on people.
They send you generally useless swag without asking. Instead of wasting money on cheap Chinese products with the company logo on it, give me a bonus at the end of the year.
