The people who choose to live and work here are truly part of a community. The residents connect with each other, welcome new people with open arms, and also look out for each other. Many of the employees have been with the company, Parkshore Senior Living, for 10+ years, which says a lot about a company. It's more difficult to sustain the part-time, lower wage positions.
