Low pay. Inattention to the individual property managers incompetence. Corporate would do well to actually listen to the complaints of employees. I think the corporation is ok but some properties are run by such over inflated egos that will NOT listen to employee concerns. In my case the management simply didn’t like me because I spoke my mind. I’m just too old to put up with dishonesty. They even got their HR rep to play along with the nonsense and lie to my face about labor and other pertinent issues. It was disgraceful.
