Horrible place to work - Anonymous Silver Star Properties Employee Review

Great place to work with, good work-life balance.

Poor communication between the executives and employees.

A lot of employees here are incredibly talented and friendly. It's just a shame that they're being taken advantage of by such horrible people.

Silver Star Properties is led by one of the most arrogant and egotistical management you will ever see. Every decision they make is solely driven by ego; they often make unreasonable demands and couldn't care less if what they're asking for is impossible. They also like to hold a lot of useless meetings that serve nothing but to stroke their ego and waste everybody's time.
