Pros
It was really laid back but still busy enough to make decent tips as a driver. Coworkers aren't as cut throat as they sometimes can be in delivery. Flexible scheduling for any students or people with multiple jobs.
Cons
The franchise here was bought out and the new owner continued to set unrealistic expectations and then firing people when they didn't meet them.
