Pros
Flat organizational structure. Very customer-centric focus, with emphasis in building and maintaining trust with the customer. Tight-knit, collegial, honest culture built by the CEO and upper management. No politics, no distractions, everyone only focuses on getting the job done. Employees have certain sway in how things go at the company. Things get done relatively quickly at the company.
Cons
Working remotely is discouraged. However, management shows slight flexibility to working remotely (on a part-time basis) depending on employee circumstances. Career development is left to individual employees' initiative (there is a slim HR department). That said, the company is generally supportive of employee initiatives e.g. training. Pay could be more competitive. It is understandable given that the company is building out The Reserve (one of the largest vaults in the world).
