Helpful/ friendly coworkers, great work life balance

Lack of training and health insurance could be better

Did not micromanage interns, gave interns a lot of independence with real projects that were not just busy work.

Pay was very little, did not offer sick time off, got COVID from work and had to take a week off and had to take it unpaid. No PTO either for interns.
