      Flexible for calming Time-off or OT Canteen is big and clean Support the healthy life style

      Cons

      There's no team work spirit. Demand commitment and process knowledge without proper training No work life balance for 200 mm polishing machine process.

      Pros

      Did not micromanage interns, gave interns a lot of independence with real projects that were not just busy work.

      Cons

      Pay was very little, did not offer sick time off, got COVID from work and had to take a week off and had to take it unpaid. No PTO either for interns.
