Big and beautiful facilities and environment plus they have gym for free and their dormitories are spacious for taiwanes
Cons
There is a lot of insecure people inside specially the older ones, not all of them but most of them are bitter and they bring their problems on you as if you caused it. HR doesn't care if someone bullies you so don't report it to them, it's just a waste of time. The additional pay every 20th of the month is different from everyone depending on whether you are friends with the line leader. They have greedy system. I worked in Changhua MF25 SMT operator. The lesbian there is so loud and will shout on you like she owns the company and will call you stupid. She doesn't know the concept of language barrier and she doesn't even have the time to translate it. She just wants to feel superior because she feels inferior.
