      Pros

      - decent salary for italy market - some of the TAMs are good if they have interest - many clients

      Cons

      - some of the TAMs are good if they have THEIR OWN interest - worked with some too much low technical PM - no growth inside the company

      Pros

      -Salary is always in time and good for Italy -Flexible timetable (It's not thanks them)

      Cons

      -no course training at all -no interest in training employees -you're only a number, no career opportunities -no investment in new technologies -managers doesen't find new jobs or contracts, only the same sub/sub/sub contract for others enterprise -managers never reply to employees request (courses, training...) -area manager are ghost...

      - Good work/life balance at least

      Cons

      - Disorganization - Reluctant to follow the trend of technologies - No career opportunities - Decision are taken without any confrontation - No loyalty program for staff
