Pros
As a part-time student employee, I had fair compensation, the benefit of a flexible work schedule, and a great team.
Cons
My department was fairly small, so we did not use the administrative tool suites usually used by big companies. While that meant less overhead, it also meant it was sometimes harder to find the information I required.
