Pros
The people that work at Sila are amazing and the communities within the company are very supportive. Managers are very supportive of work life balances and will always work with you. Benefits are solid too.
Cons
Covid ruined the culture at Sila. The company used to very fun, engaging, and really pushed for professional growth. When covid hit literally all that went out the window with no signs of it coming back. Pay is also pretty garbage. No career progression. To get a promotion you literally have to get lucky and land on a good project.
