Project managers seems overworked. I've spoken to project managers who have said they've been on as many as 7 projects at once.
The standard 2.5% annual pay increase does not even cover the cost of living adjustment for this year. With high performance reviews and no bonuses (or information on how to earn bonuses aside from "submitting timesheets daily") it feels almost insulting. After taxes, my 2.5% raise amounts to roughtly $50 more each pay period. So I effectively have less spending power this year than I did last year because management has decided to base pay increases on the low end of the scale, which is disappointing to say the least.
