Pros
Fairest compensation package for independent contractors. Fully detailed plan for advancement within the company. Opportunity for unlimited income, based on work ethic. Signtronix is truly a salesperson's company, with excellent products at a very fair price. Some people who think the cost is too high, fail to inspect the quality of lower priced competition. Comparing apples to apples, there is no comparison.
Cons
No nationwide health plan for dealers. Health care is expensive, and although it would be nice to have a paid health plan, that option is becoming less and less available for all American workers.
