Pros
My coworkers were amazing, friendly, hard-working people. Managers wanted you to succeed and were happy to help you. I loved the activities they used to have, including the holiday parties, and that there was always food for everyone in the break area. Before being bought out, I felt Signs genuinely cared about their employees and clients.
Cons
I left because of the changes made by the new company that owns Sign.com, which include a lack of ethics and transparency with clients and employees and no raises or growth opportunities. I stopped liking my job and felt that the new company was doing some shady practices, like randomly charging customers $75 for design help when it has always been free and is advertised as such on the website. It felt like I couldn't make a positive difference and I was just putting out fires all the time.
