Good salary, most of the time didn't have to do anything, as many home office days as I wanted, not officially though just no one cares

Awful management, everyone at the office is super demotivated, they don't help the newbies, nothing is standardized normally, processes are confusing, documentation is trash, you don't feel like there is anything significant happening at all especially for validation engineers

Cons
Silo-strategy, with departments and sectors setup as segregated, causes reactionary decision making rather than smart proactive progression in improvement initiative buy-in. Inter-departmental LEAN thinking can be challenging.
