Hire smart people to bring change and then tell them what to do.
Leaders blaming people below them for everything that is not working and taking credit for everything that is working.
HR focused on digitalization and KPIs but definitely not on people.

My local team are good people. Pay and benefits are good for the market

Upper management is rudderless. No real plan to become profitable. Constant layoffs and the culture is awful. Everyone is burned out and sick of this company. No future here
