A tremendous global corporate culture with a deteriorated local leadership. The highly hyped company on social media as a great place to work has untold flaws. The leadership highly cultivates a hierarchical dictatorship approach focused on short-term fulfillment of goals while ignoring people, culture, and fair corporate practices, which increasingly affected the mental well-being of employees. The company markets itself to be focusing on building internal talent, however, managers/HR lack coaching and mentoring skills, policies lack strategy and execution, and often employees end up overworking with zero skill development.
