      - Lots of change and transformation, being agile is a must - Workload can be much at times - Org structure can be hard to navigate, there's definitely a learning curve

      Great Benefits. bag on micro management, usually low. Good departmental teamwork

      Cons

      Silo-strategy, with departments and sectors setup as segregated, causes reactionary decision making rather than smart proactive progression in improvement initiative buy-in. Inter-departmental LEAN thinking can be challenging.
