Good salary and benefits. You get to work with a lot of smart people and the company seems to care about employee wellbeing. Upward mobility and career moves definitely possible. You can also stay in a technical role and be compensated well. Overall a good company to work for.

Cons
Silo-strategy, with departments and sectors setup as segregated, causes reactionary decision making rather than smart proactive progression in improvement initiative buy-in. Inter-departmental LEAN thinking can be challenging.
