      The best managers I've ever had, good networking opportunities, and you get to work around aircraft every day.

      Cons

      Pay in the FBO industry tends to be low, and Signature is no exception, but that's just the nature of service industries.

      Pros

      Interesting, unique business Original team members are great people (the ones that remain, as people keep on being replaced by friends from previous companies or their jobs are outsourced)

      Cons

      Signature went downhill after the executives were replaced. Now it is a dumpster fire. Toxic, competitive, untrustworthy. If you are thinking of getting a job here: don't do it!!!
