Pros

Meet some lovely people from all walks of life however doesn't mean everyone there is great! Aircraft's generally interesting to see and like I said could be fun on days to work at with the right people and management!

Cons

Now the cons! Firstly the management is horrendous never seen such obnoxious arrogant corrupt management. Every one within the management is looking after one another and themselves! They have no idea of respect or manners! They enjoy lavish lifestyles whilst pressuring the employees and treating them like dirt! Once someone is given a role of supervisor or manager oh Lord help everyone because the title gets to them! Never acknowledge employees hard work or what they have done and contributed to the company instead they take the credit and have fancy parties and enjoy nice hefty wages! Customer service is all over the place! There is no system for anything, Every thing is paperwork for one of the leading private aviation companies globally it is disastrous. The need for electronic systems and technology to be introduced will never happen because the management don't want to spend money instead they will tell you well work harder and we might get it one day which is a lie. Everyone is quick to point the blame at others especially management they will always hold someone lower in the hierarchy responsible for a mistake never themselves. Managers and directors they are the worst! Maybe a few exceptions however majority they are out of this planet with heads stuck to far between the buttocks. They do nothing other than travelling around and criticise others rather than praise. The place is a shambles! They will never listen to anyones view they will say right them down etc but never act up on them! Honestly never seen such a horrible corrupt company as this! Don't let looks deceive you. Many people are overworked with barely any breaks or thought that they stand for long periods and deserve more than 30 minute break. Instead you are expected to kill yourself for the company in return you shut your mouth and take rubbish. One of the directors in Ireland oh god he is probably the worst of the bunch! Never come across such a ignorant, pompous and snobby person no sympathy or credit for staff!

Pros

Decent Pay, and relatively easy work. Also education reimbursement benefits. I have great coworkers who are intelligent and enjoyable to work alongside. Middle management tries their best but is constantly overridden by corporate executives who are completely out of touch with reality.

Cons

The corporate leadership of this company absolutely ruins everything it touches. In the one year I worked here, all of our shift differential bonuses were quietly removed, we were forced to use devices to track every activity in order to “optimize the workforce”, and our vacation blackout days were nearly doubled. We had a manager position filled by a complete random (a corporate decision) from another company, instead of promoting any of the several employees who already had worked here for years with an in depth knowledge of the operation and a willingness to step in to the position. The new manager ruined the commercial fuel ops flight schedules for two months and then promptly quit claiming he had family issues….because he had moved thousands of miles away from his wife and kids to work at our base. Not a lot of forward thinking went into a hiring choice that cost everyone at our base weeks of stress and confusion. I could honestly go on forever. I have never seen a company so dramatically committed to screwing their employees over and I know it will only get worse.
