Pros
Signal is one of those places where the people actually make the difference. Everyone is smart, collaborative, and genuinely wants to do great work without a ton of ego. Leadership is accessible and transparent, which isn’t always the case at companies this size. There’s also a lot of trust...you’re given ownership over your work and the space to run with ideas, which makes it a really energizing place to be creatively.
Cons
It’s a growing company, so things can move fast and shift quickly. That can mean changing priorities or figuring things out as you go. Not everything is fully built out yet from a process standpoint, but that’s also part of the opportunity if you like building as you go.
