onboarding was non-existent, basically had to learn everything from my peers. tribal knowledge reigns supreme and not many processes are written down / the wiki is often very out of date. not great for consistency. no formal process to make sure you're prepared to sell the product / services.
some upper leadership are pretty awful...sexist, misogynist and downright rude. doesn't seem like any of their peers call them out on it so it goes unchecked.
pretty messy vision for the company at times. it seems to change direction frequently with not much comms or enablement. seems it keeps trying to find its niche where it can be a true market leader. hopefully they pick something soon and finally stick with it. risk seems kind of promising?
morale can be pretty bad due to a culture of overworking, which comes from the top unfortunately. leaders need to set a better example of boundaries, particularly after hours and while on vacation.
