HR and IT really needs transformation in this day and age. New employee onboarding still uses paper trails. How to you expect someone to print scan copy and repeat for the tonne of documents that one has to provide. It costs nearly 50-60+ EUR. which can be avoided if the onboarding was through online HR portal or appropriate use of available techhnologies. Same for rostering. Excel sheets really !! Sounds like HR and IT department needs a lot of work.
