Pros
The people and the company culture! SwipedOn has a set of really epic internal values and really stands by all of those in everything they do both in-house and externally for our customers. There is flexibility for staff to work from home or go out for school pickup and work different hours to accommodate family / personal life which makes for a motivating and positive working environment. Personally, I love the freedom I have with my role, and as the company grows, so do the facets of my own role here which keeps things really exciting. We also have an amazing office located on the Tauranga waterfront - we've even spotted orca from our balcony on several occasions and I doubt many offices around the world have the opportunity for that which makes it truly unique here.
Cons
The orca don't swim past year round. Other than that, I can't think of anything 😆
