Pros

It's an easy going work environment where they seem to care for their employees on a superficial and surface level.

Cons

It looks all nice and clean on the surface, but they have some internal problems. For example: 1. There is a lot of unsavoury work politics going on. I saw unqualified people get promoted because they had some "real talk" instead of having real accomplishments or merit, while people who actually deserved it were passed over. 2. I was promised a raise after 6 months which never happen, or "forgotten" 3. They announced a new care package for new parents, and I was let go after telling HR I'll be having a baby in a few months. I was never old why I was let go, but I'm assuming they didn't want to pay for my potential leave or decrease in performance.

I am surprised to see your comments. I brought it up to our Senior Leadership team to dig in. We had a hard time validating the feedback, but we are universally clear that we would not terminate an employee because they or their spouse is expecting a child. We are proud of our parent program and make a genuine commitment to our employees with it. Amazing team of smart, supportive people who truly care about the work and each other. Leadership is solid and approachable, creating an environment where ideas are heard and good work gets recognized. It’s been great to see so many people here grow and advance in their careers. Literally everything else No career growth No educational opportunities. They brag about “campus” but that IT product training. Incredibly toxic Constant change, which is sometimes good. Inside politics Conservative company Tight with money. will invest in some technology, but not people Marketing Team as big as the sales team with very little results to show Poor implementation Poor support Crappy culture Poor communication Bad alignment Siloed departments
