Pros

1) some good people to work with 2) initial learning curve for short period but that's it

Cons

1) really bad internal hikes 2) hr and manager not responsive on topics of projects and hikes. No one responds which is not at all ethical or professional 3) getting transferred to different projects is really difficult 4) lot of bad projects which do not give growth opportunities 5) internal politics. Lots of it. 6) company randomly taking up projects and delivering them in short span of time, so learning while working is minimal. This does not give chance to employees to work on a proper direction. Zero niche 7) some people are really difficult to work with here. 8) it is a trap as learning is less, hikes are low and in a competitive market like now eventually people fall behind on required skills. 9) some extremely rude people present in the company who make life hell

Pros

Sigmoid is a place where ownership is real. People are trusted to take end-to-end responsibility and drive outcomes. The company works on complex, high-impact data and AI initiatives, and the work pushes you to think beyond implementation into architecture, quality, and long-term scalability. What I’ve appreciated most is the balance between autonomy and accountability: teams are empowered to make decisions, and success is measured by delivery quality and client impact. Leadership is approachable, and the organisation continues to mature its operating model as it scales.

Cons

Execution speed matters in a fast-growing, client-facing environment, so timelines can occasionally be ambitious.
